Stop Dismissing Your Success as Luck!
Many celebrities attribute their success to luck: being at the right place at the right time.
But if you dig a little deeper, you’ll find that it’s also a matter of focus, determination, and hard work. As author Janice Kaplan explains “Stars have done everything possible to put all the right pieces in place.” Yes, Justin Bieber, for example was “discovered,” but he also posted on YouTube with a purpose.

I believe it’s time for us who are “overnight sensations after 15 years” to own up to our hard work, understand what we learned from our failures, wear our battle scars proudly (wrinkles, anyone?) and remain open to opportunities that abound.
